Gunung Dago, Bogor – Upgrading Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) terpilih Organisasi Siswa MAN 5 Bogor masa bhakti 2024-2025 berlangsung sukses di Wisata Alam Gunung Dago Kecamatan Parung Panjang Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 103 orang peserta, dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, mulai tanggal 1 hingga 3 November 2024 lalu, dengan pendampingan penuh dari seluruh Wakil Kepala Madrasah dan pembina organisasi siswa, baik intra maupun ekstrakurikuler.
Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membekali BPH baru dengan keterampilan kepemimpinan, manajemen organisasi, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif. Melalui berbagai sesi pelatihan, outbound, dan simulasi, para peserta diajak untuk memperkuat kerja sama tim serta meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan roda organisasi.

"Melalui upgrading ini, kami berharap BPH MPK, BPH OSIS dan BPH Ekstra kurikuler terpilih dapat menjalankan amanah dengan penuh dedikasi dan inovasi, sehingga program kerja yang direncanakan mampu membawa manfaat besar bagi seluruh siswa MAN 5 Bogor," ujar Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kesiswaan, Syarif Hidayatullah dalam sambutannya.
Selain pelatihan intensif, kegiatan ini juga diselingi dengan sesi refleksi malam, di mana para peserta merenungkan peran dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai pemimpin di tingkat siswa. Tidak hanya itu, suasana alam Gunung Dago yang asri menjadi latar sempurna untuk membangun semangat baru dan mempererat hubungan antaranggota.
"Kami merasa lebih siap dan percaya diri setelah mengikuti upgrading ini. Kami belajar banyak hal, terutama pentingnya kerja sama dan komunikasi dalam organisasi," ungkap Risky, ketua BPH Ekstra Kurikuler Pramuka dengan antusias.
Kegiatan upgrading ini menjadi awal yang solid bagi pengurus OSIS masa bhakti 2024-2025 untuk memulai program kerja mereka. Dengan dukungan dari pembina dan seluruh elemen madrasah, OSIS diharapkan dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan lebih baik demi mewujudkan visi dan misi MAN 5 Bogor sebagai madrasah unggul yang berkarakter.
