Parungpanjang, 02 Agustus 2023 - Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban OSIS MPK dan ekstrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan untuk meminta dan menilai pertanggungjawaban OSIS MPK dan ekstrakurikuler atas pelaksanaan program kerja mereka. Laporan pertanggungjawaban ini berlangsung pada hari Sabtu, 2 September 2023. Dengan bertempatkan di aula, laporan ini diadakan untuk mempertanggungjawabkan seluruh program kerja selama periode 2022-2023 yang dihadiri oleh wakil kepala madrasah bidang kesiswaan, pembina OSIS dan seluruh pembina ekstrakurikuler, MPO (Majelis Pembina OSIS), ketua sekbid OSIS beserta anggota inti dan ketua sekbid MPK yang didampingi oleh satu anggota kelas 11 dan anggota inti, ketua dan sekbid ekstrakurikuler dan seluruh peseerta didik MAN 5 bogor sebagai anggota OSIS.
Dalam sambutannya, waka kesiswaan menyampaikan amanat dari kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati yang mengatakan bahwa,"laporan pertanggungjawaban bukan ajang untuk mengadili atau menghakimi pkinerja pengurus, melainkan lebih kepada pembelajaran bahwa segala amanah yang diberikan kepada kita itu wajib dipertanggungjawabkan. Ini merupakan tahapan penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Dan pada hakikatnya kehidupan berorganisasi di MAN 5 Bogor merupakan miniatur dari kehidupan kalian di masa yang akan datang, jadi ikutilah acara llaporan pertanggungjawaban ini dengan berlandaskan tujuan yang konstruktive bukan sebaliknya."
Baca Lainnya : Dalam sidang ini, setiap ketua sekbid melakukan presentasi pertanggungjawaban terhadap kinerja sekbidnya selama satu periode. Setiap presentasi tersebut berisikan perincian anggaran, kendala, dan solusi suatu program kerja. P ertanggungjawaban ini menjadi penutup tugas semua anggota OSIS MPK dan BPH ekstrakuler periode 2022-2023 sebelum melepaskan jabatannya yang akan diserahkan pada acara Sertijab OSIS MPK nanti.
