Parungpanjang, 18 Agustus 2023 - Siswa-siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor berhasil menunjukkan prestasi gemilang dengan meraih juara 2 pada Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SLTA) se-Jabodetabek. Lomba yang diselenggarakan oleh Politeknik Engineering Pertanian Indonesia (PEPI) pada 17-18 Agustus 2023 yang merupakan ajang untuk mendorong minat dan bakat di bidang penelitian serta pengembangan ilmiah ini diikuti oleh berbagai sekolah unggulan dari wilayah Jabodetabek.
Dalam lomba yang berlangsung selama beberapa bulan ini, tim MAN 5 Bogor berhasil mencuri perhatian para juri dengan karya tulis ilmiah yang mendalam dan berkelas. Karya tulis ilmiah yang mereka ajukan mengangkat tema "Inovasi Teknologi Ramah Lingkungan dalam Pengolahan Sampah Plastik." Tim MAN 5 Bogor berhasil menggabungkan konsep inovatif dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai isu lingkungan yang tengah mendesak.
Baca Lainnya : Pihak sekolah juga turut berbangga dengan prestasi gemilang ini. Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ibu Ema Rachmawati, mengungkapkan, "Prestasi ini bukan hanya menjadi kebanggaan bagi siswa-siswa kami, tetapi juga bagi seluruh sekolah. Kami selalu mendorong siswa untuk berinovasi dan berprestasi dalam berbagai bidang, dan hasil ini membuktikan bahwa dedikasi dan kerja keras mereka membuahkan hasil."
Dengan meraih juara 2 dalam Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Tingkat SLTA se-Jabodetabek, siswa-siswa MAN 5 Bogor membuktikan bahwa potensi dan kemampuan mereka tidak hanya sebatas di dalam kelas, tetapi juga mampu bersaing di tingkat yang lebih luas. Keberhasilan ini tidak hanya menginspirasi siswa-siswa lainnya, tetapi juga mengukuhkan posisi MAN 5 Bogor sebagai sekolah yang kompetitif dan berfokus pada pengembangan ilmiah dan akademik.
