Bogor, 10 Juni 2024 – Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor menggelar rapat persiapan akhir untuk seleksi masuk jalur reguler pada hari Senin, 10 Juni 2024. Rapat yang berlangsung di sekretariat panitia PPDB MAN 5 Bogor ini dihadiri oleh seluruh panitia seleksi.
Jubaedah, selaku sekretaris panitia, membuka rapat dengan memaparkan agenda pembahasan rapat hari ini, di anataranya adalah evaluasi akhir persiapan plaksanaan CBT, BTQ dan Wawancara. Mengingat pelaksanaannya tinggal sehari lagi.
Dalam pembukaan rapat ini, ketua panitia, H. Machfudz Siradjudin menekankan pentingnya persiapan yang matang untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan seleksi. “Seleksi masuk MAN 5 Bogor adalah momen krusial bagi para calon peserta didik baru dan bagi kita sebagai penyelenggara. Semua persiapan harus dilakukan dengan cermat untuk memastikan tidak ada kendala teknis maupun administratif yang dapat menghambat proses seleksi,” ujarnya.
Baca Lainnya : Dalam kegiatan rapat yang berlangsung selama hampir tiga jam ini diperoleh beberapa keputusan yang pertama, penanggungjawab bidang CBT adalah pak Indra, penanggungjawab BTQ adalah Jubaedah, dan penanggungjawab wawancara adalah H. Machfudz Siradjudin.
Indra Parimarma, menjelaskan bahwa soal tes sudah siap diujikan, menggunakan link google form, soal berjumlah 100 (seratus) soal, terdiri dari materi bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris, IPA, IPS dan agama.
Selain persiapan CBT, Syarif Hidayatullah, koordinator BTQ, melaporkan kesiapan untuk tes Baca Tulis Qur'an (BTQ). "Tes BTQ akan dilaksanakan bergantian sesi dengan CBT, yaitu jika pada sesi 1 peserta didik dengan nomor daftar MAN0001 s.d MAN0100 mengikuti seleksi CBT sesi 1 maka nomor peserta dari MAN0201 mengikuti tes BTQ sesi 1, dan seterusnya sampai calon peserta didik nomor daftar MAN 0431. Adapun jumlah ruangan yang digunakan untuk proses tes ini adalah 10 (sepuluh) ruangan.
