Parungpanjang, 10 Juni 2024 - Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor, resmi membuka acara Classmeeting semester genap tahun pelajaran 2023-2024 dengan penuh semangat dan antusiasme. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lapangan utama sekolah dan dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta didik kelas X dan XI, guru, dan staf.
Acara pembukaan dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB dengan apel bendera yang dipimpin oleh Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Syarif Hidayatullah, S.Ag.,MM. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyampaikan pentingnya kegiatan Classmeeting sebagai ajang untuk mengembangkan bakat, kreativitas, dan sportivitas siswa setelah menyelesaikan ujian semester genap.

"Classmeeting adalah waktu yang tepat bagi peserta didik untuk melepaskan penat setelah ujian, sekaligus mengasah kemampuan non-akademis mereka. Saya berharap seluruh peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan semangat dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai sportivitas," ujar Syarif Hidayatullah.
Classmeeting semester genap tahun ini akan berlangsung selama satu minggu, mulai tanggal 10 sampai dengan 14 Juni 2024 dengan berbagai lomba yang diadakan antara lain futsal, basket, voli, catur, dan pentas seni. Setiap kelas aktif mengirimkan perwakilannya untuk berpartisipasi dalam lomba yang digelar.
Kegiatan Classmeeting ini diharapkan dapat menjadi momen berharga bagi seluruh warga MAN 5 Bogor untuk saling mengenal lebih dekat, mengembangkan minat dan bakat, serta membangun rasa kebersamaan dan kerjasama yang lebih erat.
Dengan dibukanya Classmeeting semester genap tahun pelajaran 2023-2024, MAN 5 Bogor sekali lagi menegaskan komitmennya dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang tidak hanya fokus pada prestasi akademik, tetapi juga pada pengembangan karakter dan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh.
Semoga kegiatan ini dapat berjalan lancar dan sukses, memberikan pengalaman berharga dan kenangan manis bagi seluruh peserta.
