Parung Panjang – MAN 5 Bogor melaksanakan rapat kenaikan kelas untuk siswa kelas X (Fase E) dan XI (Fase F) Tahun Ajaran 2024–2025 pada Kamis, 19 Juni 2025. Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Laboratorium Komputer ini diikuti oleh seluruh wali kelas, waka bidang kurikulum, guru BK, serta dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Safwan Maulana, M.Pd.
Rapat dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB dengan doa pembuka, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan arahan sekaligus pembukaan resmi oleh Kepala Madrasah. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menekankan pentingnya objektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan serta komitmen terhadap regulasi madrasah dalam menentukan siswa yang layak naik kelas.
Baca Lainnya : Selanjutnya, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum membacakan kriteria kenaikan kelas berdasarkan pedoman penilaian yang berlaku. Setelah itu, masing-masing wali kelas menyampaikan laporan singkat terkait hasil belajar dan perkembangan peserta didiknya selama satu tahun pelajaran, termasuk aspek akademik, sikap, serta kehadiran.
Proses pembahasan dan penetapan kenaikan kelas kemudian dipimpin oleh Kepala Madrasah. Pada sesi ini, seluruh laporan wali kelas dikaji secara cermat untuk memastikan keputusan yang diambil sesuai dengan kondisi nyata siswa. Terhadap data siswa yang menunjukkan adanya permasalahan, forum memutuskan agar kasus tersebut ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak madrasah melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) guna mendapat penanganan yang tepat.
Dari hasil rapat, disepakati bahwa seluruh siswa dinyatakan naik kelas, kecuali satu orang siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria kenaikan kelas sebagaimana ketentuan yang berlaku.
Rapat ditutup dengan doa penutup sebagai bentuk syukur atas kelancaran kegiatan dan sebagai harapan agar seluruh proses pendidikan berjalan lebih baik pada tahun ajaran mendatang.
Kegiatan ini mencerminkan komitmen MAN 5 Bogor dalam menjaga mutu pendidikan dan memastikan setiap keputusan diambil secara bijak, akurat, serta berpihak pada kepentingan perkembangan peserta didik.
