Parung Panjang, Sabtu (14/6/2025) – Guna memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan Computer Based Test (CBT) seleksi masuk jalur reguler Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026, MAN 5 Bogor menggelar briefing pengawas ruang sekaligus pendistribusian barcode soal CBT pada pukul 09.00 hingga 09.15 WIB di ruang panitia PPDBM.
Kegiatan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum, Bapak Indra Parimarma, dan diikuti oleh 11 orang pengawas ruang, seluruhnya berasal dari unsur guru MAN 5 Bogor.

Dalam arahannya, Bapak Indra menekankan pentingnya profesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugas pengawasan, sekaligus menjaga suasana ujian yang kondusif dan nyaman bagi para peserta. Beliau juga mengingatkan agar pengawas ruang dapat memberikan pelayanan prima, khususnya bagi peserta yang mengalami kendala teknis, seperti kesulitan login atau gangguan pada perangkat.
"Selain menjaga integritas pelaksanaan ujian, kita juga harus siap membantu peserta yang mengalami kesulitan dengan sigap dan solutif, tanpa mengurangi ketegasan dan ketertiban yang sudah ditetapkan," tegas beliau dalam pengarahan singkat tersebut.
Setelah penyampaian arahan, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pendistribusian barcode soal CBT kepada masing-masing pengawas ruang, yang menjadi akses utama peserta untuk mengerjakan soal melalui sistem digital. Setiap pengawas diberi pemahaman teknis mengenai sistem login, alur pelaksanaan ujian, dan prosedur penanganan kendala teknis.
Dengan briefing yang singkat namun padat tersebut, diharapkan para pengawas dapat menjalankan tugas dengan optimal dan mendukung kelancaran seluruh rangkaian seleksi masuk jalur reguler MAN 5 Bogor. (humas)
