Parung Panjang, 01 November 2025 – Dalam rangka memastikan pelaksanaan Tes Kompetensi Akademik (TKA) berjalan tertib dan sesuai ketentuan, Pengawas Bina MAN 5 Bogor, Hj. Kiki Zakiyah, S.Ag., M.Pd.I., memberikan arahan teknis terkait pengawasan dan komposisi peserta di setiap ruangan ujian.
Arahan tersebut disampaikan dalam rapat bersama anggota Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Bogor, yang dihadiri oleh empat kepala dan waka kuriulum MA swasta, yakni MA Al-Basriyyah, MA YTU, MA Mathlaul Anwar, dan MA Darunnajah Cipining. Kepala MAN 5 Bogor beserta Kepala Tata Usaha dan Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum sebagai tuan rumah.

Dalam penjelasannya, Hj. Kiki Zakiyah menegaskan bahwa rasio pengawasan di setiap ruangan ditetapkan 1 pengawas untuk maksimal 20 peserta. “Jika dalam satu sesi terdapat 30 peserta, maka diperlukan dua orang pengawas di ruangan tersebut,” ujar beliau.
Komposisi pengawas ini juga disesuaikan dengan pembagian sesi yang tercantum pada file Excel yang telah disebarkan sebelumnya, dengan acuan 1:15 sebagai standar pengawasan teknis. Lebih lanjut, beliau menjelaskan bahwa pembagian peserta per sesi diatur langsung oleh sistem, meskipun pengaturan awal telah ditetapkan maksimal 30 peserta per ruangan.
Selain pengawas ruangan, pelaksanaan TKA melibatkan empat komponen utama, yaitu: (1) Peserta TKA, (2) Pengawas Ruangan, (3) Pendamping (Kemenag), dan (4) Penyelia (PTN).
Adapun mekanisme pelaksanaan TKA dijalankan secara terstruktur: Satu penyelia memantau 20 pengawas ruangan melalui Zoom Meeting. Satu pengawas ruangan mengawasi maksimal 20 peserta menggunakan telepon genggam yang terkoneksi Zoom dengan bantuan tripod. Pendamping dari Kemenag membantu penyelia dalam koordinasi antara lembaga dan pihak Kementerian Agama.
Hj. Kiki juga menegaskan bahwa penyelia maupun pendamping tidak menangani permasalahan teknis. “Untuk kendala teknis tetap berkoordinasi langsung dengan Tim Teknis TKA Kabupaten Bogor,” jelasnya.
Melalui pengarahan ini, diharapkan seluruh madrasah dapat memahami mekanisme dan rasio pengawasan dengan baik, sehingga pelaksanaan TKA dapat berlangsung tertib, efektif, dan sesuai dengan prosedur nasional.
