Parung Panjang, 29 Oktober 2025 — Pengawas madrasah bina MAN 5 Bogor , Ibu Hj. Kiki Zakiyah, S.Ag., M.Pd.I , melaksanakan kegiatan verifikasi dan validasi dokumen Laporan Kinerja (Lapkin) ASN MAN 5 Bogor untuk bulan September 2025.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung di ruang meeting MAN 5 Bogor dan diikuti oleh unsur pimpinan madrasah, yaitu Kepala MAN 5 Bogor , Bapak Moh. Syahlan, S.Pd.I., M.Ag. , Wakamad Bidang Kurikulum , Bapak Indra Parimarma, S.Sos., M.M. , Wakamad Bidang Kesiswaan , Bapak Syarif Hidayatullah, S.Ag., M.M. , Wakamad Bidang Humas , Ibu Jubaedah, S.Ag. , serta Staf Tata Usaha , Bapak Nurdiansyah, S.Pd.I.
Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, pengawas melakukan pemeriksaan secara teliti terhadap seluruh laporan kinerja ASN yang telah dikumpulkan. Setelah proses verifikasi dan validasi dilakukan dengan seksama, ditemukan tiga kategori hasil laporan kinerja (Lapkin) , yaitu:
Sesuai dengan yang diharapkan , yaitu laporan kinerja yang telah memuat deskripsi kegiatan dengan baik, mencantumkan tugas dan fungsi (tusi) secara jelas, serta melampirkan foto kegiatan dan bukti pendukung lainnya .

Belum sesuai harapan karena laporan tidak dilengkapi foto dan bukti kegiatan , meskipun deskripsi aktivitas telah disusun.
Belum sesuai harapan karena laporan tidak lengkap pada bagian deskripsi kegiatan , tidak mencantumkan tusi yang ekuivalen dengan jam kerja , serta tidak menyertakan foto dan bukti kegiatan pendukung .
Ibu Hj. Kiki Zakiyah menegaskan bahwa kegiatan verifikasi ini bertujuan untuk memastikan setiap ASN di MAN 5 Bogor menyusun laporan kinerja secara objektif, terukur, dan akuntabel sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Ia juga mengingatkan agar laporan kinerja bulan berikutnya dapat disusun lebih baik, lengkap dengan bukti fisik kegiatan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban profesional.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Moh. Syahlan, turut mengapresiasi pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas bina. Ia berharap kegiatan seperti ini dapat menjadi sarana pembinaan yang konstruktif bagi seluruh ASN di MAN 5 Bogor agar terus meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan kedisiplinan dalam melaksanakan tugas.
Dengan adanya kegiatan verifikasi dan validasi Lapkin ini, MAN 5 Bogor berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat budaya kerja yang transparan, akuntabel, serta berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pelayanan pendidikan di madrasah.
