Bogor, 28 Agustus 2023 - Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor meluncurkan inisiatif yang menarik untuk mendorong minat baca dan meningkatkan literasi di kalangan peserta didik di kampus 2, yang beralamat di Desa Sngabangsa Kecamatan Tenjo Kaupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Inisiatif tersebut berupa pembuatan "Pojok Baca Inspiratif" di lingkungan madrasah.
Pojok Baca ini diinisiasi oleh kepala madrasah bekerjasama dengan pengelola perpustakaan serta didukung penuh oleh para guru dan staf. Pojok Baca ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akses yang lebih mudah bagi para siswa untuk membaca berbagai jenis buku dan literatur yang menginspirasi, mulai dari fiksi hingga non-fiksi.
Baca Lainnya : Bu Ema Rachmawati, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, mengatakan, "Kami sadar akan pentingnya literasi dalam perkembangan siswa sebagai individu yang berpengetahuan dan kreatif. Dengan adanya Pojok Baca Inspiratif ini, kami berharap siswa kami akan semakin termotivasi untuk mengembangkan minat baca mereka, mengeksplorasi topik-topik baru, dan meraih wawasan yang lebih luas."
Kepala perpustakaan MAN 5 Bogor, Novia Istiqomah, berbagi pendapatnya tentang inisiatif ini, "Kami berharap Pojok Baca Inspiratif ini dapat menjadi sarana yang mengundang minat peserta didik untuk meresapi dunia literasi. Buku-buku yang ada di sini dipilih dengan hati-hati untuk menginspirasi, mendidik, dan menghibur."
