Senin (4/9/2023), MAN 5 Bogor kembali melaksanakan try out Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) jilid II. Uji coba ini diadakan madrasah untuk membantu para siswa mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi seleksi nasional penerimaan mahasiswa baru (SNBT) di perguruan tinggi negeri pilihannya, setelah tamat dari MAN 5 Bogor nanti.
Try out kali ini, MAN 5 Bogor masih bergabung dengan Gama Global, sebuah platform pembelajaran daring yang memiliki banyak fitur untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran siswa di luar sekolah yang menggunakan media aplikasi mobile. Dalam uji coba ini siswa dihadapkan pada 100 soal dengan target waktu 120 menit. Jefri, koordinator pelaksana Try Out Gama Global yang hadir di MAN 5 Bogor pagi ini menyampaikan bahwa dalam uji coba ini soal tidak disajikan dalam kelompok mata pelajaran. Namun, pengelompokan soal didasarkan pada jenis materi uji skolastik dan literasi. Soal-soal jenis materi uji skolastik terdiri atas empat kemampuan, yakni: kemampuan penalaran umum, kemampuan kuantitatif, pengetahuan dan pemahaman umum, serta kemampuan memahami bacaan dan menulis. Sedangkan jenis materi uji literasi terbagi menjadi tiga, yakni: literasi Bahasa Indonesia, literasi Bahasa Inggris, dan lierasi numerasi (Matematika).
Ema Rachmawati selaku kepala MAN 5 Bogor berpesan agar para siswa bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengerjakan soal. “Semoga dengan diadakan try out ini, para siswa nantinya mendapatkan kemudahan, kelancaran, dan kesuksesan dalam menghadapi UTBK-SNBT di perguruan tinggi negeri pilihannya.” Demikian Ema menutup pesan dan harapannya.
Baca Lainnya : Ketika diwawancarai setelah mengikuti try out, Nayla kelas XII IPA 2, mengungkapkan bahwa ia merasa bersyukur sudah dapat mengerjakan soal-soal try out dengan lancar. Menurutnya try out ini sangat membantu, memberi bayangan soal UTBK nanti. “Terlebih adanya perbedaan soal antara UTBK tahun-tahun sebelumnya dan yang akan dihadapi sekarang jadi banyak soal penalaran yang harus saya asah lagi untuk persiapan UTBK nantinya,” paparnya. Selanjutnya ia berharap, “Semoga try out ini juga bisa membantu teman-teman kelas XII untuk mempersiapkan segala sesuatu menghadapi UTBK, juga besar harapan saya agar bisa mewujudkan kampus impian saya.”
Kayla Himatul Aliyah kelas XII IPA 4 ketika dimintai tanggapan setelah mengikuti try out pagi ini mengatakan, “Sebagai siswa MAN 5 Bogor saya merasa bangga karena diberi kesempatan untuk mengikuti try out yang diadakan Gama Global ini. Selain itu, saya berharap kedepannya MAN 5 Bogor bisa bekerja sama lagi agar para siswa dapat mengasah kemampuannya lebih baik lagi.”
Senada dengan kedua temannya, Fitri Sulyani kelas XII Bahasa ketika diwawancarai setelah mengikuti try out mengatakan, “Tingkat kesulitan soal penalaran, menghitung, dan literasi lumayan menguras waktu untuk mengerjakannya.” Selanjutnya ia berpesan, “Kepada teman-teman kelas XII termasuk saya sendiri supaya tetap semangat dan termotivasi dari kegiatan try out ini untuk lebih siap memperjuangkan PTN impian. Dan untuk MAN 5 Bogor, semoga kedepannya terus membantu para pelajar dalam mencapai impian mereka.” (Jubaedah)
