Parung Panjang, 12 Juni 2025 — Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Safwan Maulana, memberikan pembinaan kepada Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) baru di lingkungan MAN 5 Bogor. Kegiatan berlangsung pada pukul 09.00 hingga 09.30 WIB di ruang PPDB dan dihadiri oleh Kepala Tata Usaha, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum, serta Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Humas.
Dalam arahannya, Bapak Safwan mengajak seluruh CPNS dan PPPK baru untuk senantiasa bersyukur atas nikmat dan keberuntungan yang telah diraih.

"Menjadi bagian dari abdi negara adalah sebuah anugerah yang luar biasa. Tidak semua orang mendapat kesempatan ini, maka wajib bagi kita untuk mensyukuri nikmat tersebut dengan cara menjalankan tugas sebaik-baiknya," ujar beliau dengan penuh semangat.
Selain itu, beliau juga menekankan pentingnya meningkatkan profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan amanah sebagai pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan madrasah.
“Profesionalisme harus menjadi pondasi utama dalam setiap langkah kerja. Disiplin, integritas, dan tanggung jawab adalah nilai-nilai yang harus dipegang teguh untuk mewujudkan pelayanan pendidikan yang bermutu,” tambah beliau.
Suasana pembinaan berlangsung hangat dan penuh makna. Para CPNS dan PPPK baru tampak antusias mengikuti arahan, sebagai bekal awal untuk menjalani tugas dan peran mereka secara optimal di MAN 5 Bogor.
Dengan adanya pembinaan ini, diharapkan seluruh pegawai baru dapat segera beradaptasi dan turut berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan visi madrasah: mencetak generasi yang cerdas, agamis, dan berprestasi. (Humas)
