Parung Panjang, 3 Desember 2024 – Kepala Madrasah MAN 5 Bogor, Safwan Maulana, M.Pd., menggelar briefing bersama guru honorer pada Jumat pagi di ruang meeting madrasah. Pertemuan yang berlangsung singkat namun bermakna ini dihadiri oleh 20 guru honorer, berlangsung dari pukul 09.00 hingga 09.30 WIB.
Dalam sambutannya, Safwan Maulana, M.Pd., yang juga menjabat sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih yang mendalam atas dedikasi dan kontribusi guru honorer terhadap kemajuan madrasah.
"Saya sangat menghargai semangat dan pengabdian luar biasa dari rekan-rekan guru honorer yang terus mendukung keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran di MAN 5 Bogor, meskipun saya belum banyak meluangkan waktu untuk pembinaan langsung," ujar Safwan.
Baca Lainnya : Safwan juga menyampaikan bahwa meskipun keterbatasan waktu karena statusnya sebagai Plt, ia tetap berkomitmen untuk mendukung dan memotivasi para guru dalam menjalankan tugas mulia mendidik generasi muda.
Suasana briefing berjalan hangat dan interaktif, dengan para guru menyampaikan pandangan dan harapan untuk meningkatkan sinergi serta efisiensi dalam menjalankan tugas.
Di akhir pertemuan, Safwan Maulana, M.Pd., mengajak seluruh peserta untuk terus menjaga semangat kerja sama dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah.
"Mari bersama-sama kita jadikan MAN 5 Bogor sebagai madrasah yang unggul dan inspiratif, dengan mengedepankan semangat profesionalisme dan keikhlasan," tutupnya.
