Bogor, 2 Desember 2024 — OSIS MAN 5 Bogor menggelar rapat persiapan kegiatan Class Meeting , yang dipimpin langsung oleh Pembina OSIS, Bapak Ahmad Aji Kosasih, S.Ag . , di ruang meeting madrasah, Senin siang (2/12). Rapat dimulai pukul 12.15 hingga 13.00 WIB dan dihadiri oleh Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) Organisasi Siswa Intra Madrasah (OSIM) serta perwakilan Majelis Perwakilan Kelas (MPK).
Class Meeting merupakan kegiatan pasca-ujian dalam hal ini kegiatan Asesmen Sumatif/Penilaian Akhir Semester Gasal TA. 2024-2025 yang bertujuan untuk memberikan penyegaran sekaligus mempererat hubungan antar siswa melalui berbagai kegiatan kreatif, edukatif, dan kompetitif. Di MAN 5 Bogor, Class Meeting rutin dilaksanakan sebagai agenda tahunan untuk menumbuhkan semangat kebersamaan dan sportivitas di kalangan peserta didik.
Dalam rapat tersebut, Bapak Ahmad Aji Kosasih memberikan arahan terkait teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan. “Class Meeting harus menjadi momen menyenangkan sekaligus mendidik bagi siswa. Pastikan teknis pelaksanaan berjalan lancar, mulai dari perencanaan lomba hingga tata tertib selama kegiatan berlangsung,” ujarnya.
Baca Lainnya : Rapat membahas detail terkait jenis-jenis perlombaan, pembagian tugas panitia, hingga alokasi waktu untuk setiap acara. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi, Class Meeting akan berlangsung selama tiga hari, yaitu pada 9, 10, dan 11 Desember 2024, di lapangan utama madrasah.
Ketua OSIM, Naufal, menyatakan bahwa panitia akan bekerja keras untuk menjadikan Class Meeting tahun ini lebih kreatif dan menyenangkan. “Kami akan mengusung tema yang menarik dengan kegiatan yang melibatkan seluruh siswa. Semoga semua bisa berpartisipasi aktif,” kata Naufal.
Dengan persiapan yang matang dan kolaborasi antara OSIM dan MPK, kegiatan Class Meeting diharapkan dapat menjadi ajang rekreasi sekaligus momen untuk mempererat hubungan antar siswa setelah melewati Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS).
