MAN 5 Bogor terus bergerak, untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Hari Senin 10 April 2023 seluruh pimpinan yang terdiri dari Kepala Madrasah, Ema Rachmawati, para wakil kepala, kepala tata usaha, dewan guru dan staff berkumpul di Laboratorium Komputer dalam rangka menyimak paparan sosialisasi tentang Zona Integritas (ZI)dan Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) yang disampaikan oleh Kepala Madrasah. Beliau menyampaikan garis besar program ZI, pembagian tugas tiap divisi dan menetapkan timeline kinerja setiap tim yang akan dinilai berdasarkan indikator tertentu serta dievaluasi secara berkala setiap 1 bukan sekali. Semua guru dan staff dilibatkan sehingga setiap mereka memiliki andil untuk turut memajukan MAN 5 Bogor yang berkualitas di berbagai aspek layanan pendidikan.
Zona Integritas (ZI) itu sendiri merupakan sebutan atau predikat yang diberikan kepada kementerian ataupun lembaga pemerintah di pusat dan daerah yang pimpinan dan seluruh jajarannya mempunyai niat atau komitmen untuk mewujudkan WBK dan WBMM melalui berbagai upaya pencegahan korupsi, reformasi birokrasi dan peningkatan kualitas layanan publik. MAN 5 Bogor sebagai salah satu institusi pemerintah di bawah kementerian agama yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan ikut serta dalam upaya tersebut sebagaimana harapan dari Kepala MAN 5 Bogor Ema Rachmawati yang berulangkali menegaskan bahwa kita semua harus berkontribusi terhadap kemajuan madrasah, kebaikan yang kita tanamkan melalui pelaksanaan tigas kita sebagai pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan suatu saat akan kembali kepada kita berupa kebaikan melalui berbagai jalannya. Untuk itu Kepala Madrasah berkomitmen untuk mewujudkan MAN 5 Bogor yang berintegritas.
Sebagai langkah awal menuju penerapan Zona Integritas di MAN 5 Bogor, Kepala Madrasah mengeluarkan "SK Penetapan Tim Kerja Reformasi Birokrasi Pada MAN 5 Bogor". SK Kepala Madrasah Nomor 011 Tahun 2023 tersebut pada intinya menetapkan pembagian tugas tim reformasi birokrasi menuju Zona Integritas ke dalam beberapa kelompok kerja sesuai jumlah komponen ZI itu sendiri. Bertindak sebagai penanggung jawab adalah Kepala Madrasah yang dalam hal ini Ema Rachmawati. Ketua Tim kepala tata usaha, Waryati yang dibantu oleh sekretaris, Syahroni. Adapun yang menjadi ujung tombak pelaksanaannya berada pada enam (6) kelompok kerja.

Kelompok Kerja II (Penataan Tata Laksana) dikoordinir oleh Ai Sumiati dibantu anggota yang terdiri dari Novia Istiqomah, Neneng Nurjanah dan Saeful Bahri. Kelompok Kerja III (Penataan Sistem Manajemen SDM) dengan koordinator Dede Anwar yang dibantu oleh Husnul Khotimah dan Tita Suprihatin. Kelompok Kerja IV (Penguatan Akuntabilitas) dengan koordinator Enung Yusi Suswanti, dibantu oleh Jubaedah dan Resti. Kelompok Kerja V (Penguatan Pengawasan) dengan koordinator Indra Parimarma, dibantu oleh Rizki Romdoni, Nevi Damayanti dan Mahmudah. Terakhir, Kelompok Kerja VI (Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik) dikordinatori oleh Moh Syahlan yang dibantu oleh Santika Komalasari, Intan Widya Utami dan Nunung Nuraeni. (IndraParimarma/LM-NEWS)
