Parung Panjang, 7 November 2025 — Ekstrakurikuler Silat MAN 5 Bogor kembali melaksanakan kegiatan
rutinnya pada Jumat, 7 November 2025, bertempat di lingkungan madrasah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh BPH dan anggota Silat dengan penuh semangat dan antusiasme.
Baca Lainnya : Latihan kali ini dipimpin oleh Muhammad Harlan Fadillah selaku pemateri, dengan fokus pada gerakan dinamis dan teknik-teknik dasar pencak silat. Materi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fisik, ketepatan gerak, serta kecepatan reaksi anggota dalam menghadapi berbagai situasi latihan.
Selama kegiatan berlangsung, para peserta menunjukkan kedisiplinan dan kekompakan yang tinggi. Setiap anggota berusaha menampilkan teknik dengan gerakan yang lincah dan terarah. Selain mengasah kemampuan bela diri, kegiatan ini juga menjadi sarana pembentukan karakter yang kuat, tangguh, dan berjiwa sportif.
Menurut kesan dari BPH, latihan hari ini memberikan banyak manfaat, terutama dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan semangat kebersamaan di antara anggota Silat MAN 5 Bogor.
Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari pembinaan kokurikuler madrasah, yang tidak hanya melatih keterampilan jasmani tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan sportivitas kepada peserta didik.
