Bogor, 16 Juli 2025 – MAN 5 Bogor menggelar Rapat Kerja (Raker) Awal Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 pada Rabu (16/07) bertempat di Laboratorium Komputer. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Kepala Madrasah, para Wakil Kepala, seluruh guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Raker dilaksanakan sebagai forum strategis dalam menyamakan visi, merumuskan program kerja, dan memperkuat sinergi antar bidang untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di tahun ajaran baru.
Kegiatan dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB dengan pembukaan dan sambutan dari Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, yang dalam arahannya menyampaikan pentingnya memperkuat budaya kerja kolaboratif dan responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman. “Kita harus terus bergerak maju dengan semangat inovasi dan pelayanan prima. Madrasah bukan hanya tempat belajar, tetapi juga pusat pembentukan karakter dan peradaban,” ujar beliau.

Raker dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan evaluasi program kerja tahun sebelumnya, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian rancangan program kerja dari masing-masing bidang: Kurikulum, Kesiswaan, Humas, Sarana-Prasarana, dan Tata Usaha. Para peserta aktif berdiskusi, menyampaikan masukan dan saran demi penyempurnaan program-program madrasah.
Beberapa isu penting yang dibahas dalam Raker antara lain: peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka, optimalisasi peran guru dalam implementasi P5RA, penguatan branding madrasah melalui media digital, serta pembinaan prestasi siswa secara berkelanjutan.
Rapat kerja ini ditutup pada pukul 15.00 WIB dengan penandatanganan komitmen bersama seluruh peserta sebagai bentuk keseriusan dalam menjalankan rencana kerja yang telah disepakati.
Melalui Raker ini, MAN 5 Bogor menunjukkan komitmennya untuk terus menjadi madrasah unggul yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan inspiratif. Semoga semangat awal tahun ini membawa MAN 5 Bogor menuju capaian yang lebih gemilang di tahun ajaran 2025/2026.
