Parungpanjang, 31 Mei 2024 – Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor, bapak Safwan Maulana, memimpin briefing untuk para pengawas ruang Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) dan Asesmen Sumatif Akhir Semester (ASAS) Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2023-2024. Acara ini dilaksanakan di ruang panitia MAN 5 Bogor dan dihadiri oleh seluruh guru dan staf yang bertugas sebagai pengawas.
Dalam arahannya, bapak Safwan Maulana menekankan pentingnya integritas dan profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan tugas pengawasan. "Peran pengawas sangat krusial dalam memastikan pelaksanaan ujian berjalan dengan tertib, jujur, dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Saya berharap seluruh pengawas dapat menjalankan tugas ini dengan penuh tanggung jawab. PAT/ASAS ujar beliau.
Baca Lainnya : Para pengawas diberikan panduan dan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan ujian. bapak Safwan juga mengingatkan agar para pengawas selalu memberikan perhatian penuh selama ujian berlangsung dan segera melaporkan jika ada kendala atau kejadian yang memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut.
Salah satu pengawas yang hadir, bu Nunung, menyampaikan apresiasinya terhadap pengarahan yang diberikan. "Briefing ini sangat membantu kami untuk lebih memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab kami sebagai pengawas. Dengan demikian, kami bisa lebih siap dalam menjalankan tugas selama ujian berlangsung," kata beliau.
Pelaksanaan PAT dan ASAS Genap di MAN 5 Bogor direncanakan akan berlangsung mulai tanggal 31 Mei hingga 7 Juni 2024. Seluruh persiapan telah dilakukan dengan matang guna memastikan proses evaluasi akhir tahun ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Pak Safwan, menegaskan bahwa PAT/ASAS bukan satu-satunya tolok ukur penilaian untuk kenaikan kelas.
Dengan adanya briefing ini, diharapkan seluruh pengawas ruang dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, sehingga tujuan dari pelaksanaan PAT dan ASAS, yaitu mengukur capaian belajar siswa selama satu tahun pelajaran, dapat tercapai dengan optimal.
