Parung Panjang (4/10/23) sebanyak 15 (lima belas) ekstrakurikuler yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Bogor resmi memiliki pengurus baru masa Bhakti 2023/2024. Kelima belas organisasi ekstrakurikuler tersebut adalah OSIS, MPK, Palang Merah Remaja (PMR), Olahraga, kesenian, PASKIBRA, Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR), Pramuka Putra Putri, English Club, Kaligrafi, IRMA, Jurnalistik, Robotik, dan Rumah Moderasi Beragama (RMB).
Baca Lainnya : Setiap pengurus pada ekstrakurikuler tersebut dilantik dan dikukuhkan oleh Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri ( MAN) 5 Bogor. Upacara tersebut dilaksanakan pada pagi hari seusai shalat sunat dhuha dan diikuti oleh seluruh peserta dengan khidmat dan penuh makna. Setelah pengurus lama menyerahkan bendera masing-masing kepada pengurus baru, mereka mengucapkan ikrar serah terima jabatan yang dipandu oleh Ibu Ema Rachmawati, M. Pd dilanjutkan dengan serah terima jabatan pengurus lama yang ditandai dengan penandatanganan dokumen berita acara yang diketahui oleh seluruh pembina dan kepala madrasah.
Ibu Ema Rachmawati dalam sambutannya mengucapkan selamat kepada Pengurus Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler 2022 yang telah tuntas melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, dan selamat kepada Pengurus Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler 2023 yang telah dilantik dan akan melaksanakan tugas satu tahun kedepan. Beliau juga mengharapkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut tetap eksis dalam membina dan membentuk karakter siswa sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya.
Pa Indra parimarma selaku waka kesiswaan menambahkan: "Saya harap kalian tetap ingat terhadap identitas kalian sebagai peserta didik MAN 5 Bogor yang mempunyai kewajiban untuk belajar. Adapun kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini merupakan kegiatan pendukung yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan bakat kalian dan melatih kalian dalam berorganisasi. Selain itu, kalian para pengurus yang telah dilantik harus selalu memenuhi hak dan kewajiban kalian dengan sebaik-baiknya, memegang teguh aturan organisasi, menjalankan semua aturan organisasi dengan sejujurnya dan penuh tangguh jawab.
