MAN 5 Bogor tahun 2023 ditetapkan sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan di bawah Kementerian Agama yang melaksanakan program Zona Integritas menuju suatu kondisi yang mengarah pada Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) yang dalam penerapannya membutuhkan kerja sama yang baik, terkoordinir dan sistematis dari smua stakeholder yang ada.
Zona Integritas (ZI) adalah sebuah wilayah di mana norma, prinsip, dan nilai-nilai yang berkaitan dengan suatu kelompok atau organisasi dipertahankan dan diterapkan dengan teguh. Integritas sendiri berarti konsisten dalam tindakan dan perilaku, didorong oleh moralitas dan etika.

Zona integritas digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu organisasi atau kelompok dapat beroperasi dengan integritas tinggi dalam semua aspek kegiatan dan hubungan dengan pelanggan, mitra bisnis, dan publik. Hal ini memastikan bahwa organisasi tersebut mempertahankan reputasi yang baik dan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat.
Untuk itu sebagai bagian dari persiapan dan perencanaan serta evaluasi, dibutuhkan koordinasi antar lini sehingga setiap komponen madrasah memiliki andil terhadap perubahan yg mengarah pada terwujudnya Zona Integritas di MAN 5 Bogor. Berangkat dari pemikiran tersebut, Ketua Tim ZI Bu Waryati melalui Sekretaris Panitia ZI Pak Syahroni menyiapkan satu ruang khusus yang akan dijadikan Sekretariat Panitia ZI.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bu Ema Rachmawati menyambut penuh semangat tentang inisiatif pengadaan ruang khusus ZI ini karena di samping sebagai Sekretariat Panitia ZI, ruang tersebut juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai ruang Presentasi dan Sosialisasi berbagai program yang akan disampaikan oleh tiap Pokja 6 (enam) Komponen ZI. Presentasi, Sosialisasi dan Evaluasi Tim ZI akan dimulai minggu depan awal Mei 2023. #SalamZonaIntegritas
