Parung Panjang, 26 November 2025, MAN 5 Bogor kembali menerima kunjungan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) dari Pengawas Madrasah, bapak H. Zaenudin, S.Ag., M.Pd, pada Rabu, 26 November 2025. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dalam suasana penuh kehangatan, setelah pengawas menyampaikan apresiasi atas keramahan keluarga besar MAN 5 Bogor dalam penyambutan.
Pengawas tiba lebih awal, berangkat pukul 03.50 WIB dari Kantor Kemenag guna menghindari kemacetan dan memastikan kelancaran agenda.

Dalam kegiatan Monev, beberapa poin utama menjadi perhatian pengawas, di antaranya:
Monitoring ASAS (Asesmen Sumatif Akhir Semester) Digital. Pengawas mencatat perlunya peningkatan pada pencatatan ketidakhadiran siswa dan meminta penyusunan jadwal susulan ASAS. MAN 5 Bogor dinilai telah mendukung digitalisasi Kemenag karena ASAS telah berbasis digital. Pengawas juga menekankan pentingnya pelaporan kegiatan yang dilengkapi dokumentasi serta mendorong optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi, termasuk penggunaan e-absensi. Penguatan Peran Plt Kepala Madrasah. Pengawas berharap Plt Kepala Madrasah dapat membuat berbagai terobosan positif serta menjadi wasilah menuju penetapan definitif. Sinergi Komite-Madrasah. Komite diharapkan semakin memperkuat koordinasi dengan madrasah dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan sejalan dengan SOP yang berlaku sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap program kerja madrasah. Monitoring TKA. Pengawas turut meninjau penyelenggaraan TKA (Taman Kurikulum Al-Qur’an) sebagai bagian dari evaluasi program keagamaan. Penguatan Legalitas Koperasi. Koperasi guru dan pegawai MAN 5 Bogor diharapkan melengkapi legalitas kelembagaan seperti nomor induk, izin usaha, dokumen Kemenkumham, serta AD/ART.
Tanggapan Kepala Madrasah
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor menyampaikan beberapa respons penting dalam kunjungan tersebut, antara lain:
Memperkenalkan jajaran wakil kepala madrasah kepada pengawas. Memohon maaf karena terlambat menyambut, mengingat pengawas tiba pada waktu yang sangat pagi. Menegaskan komitmen Plt untuk melanjutkan program-program baik dan melakukan perbaikan pada aspek yang masih kurang. Menjelaskan karakteristik MAN 5 Bogor yang memiliki lingkungan wali murid cukup kritis terutama dalam hal pembiayaan, meskipun berasal dari ekonomi menengah. Menyampaikan bahwa komite madrasah memiliki sistem administrasi yang sangat rapi. Menegaskan bahwa MAN 5 Bogor memahami jarak tempat tinggal pengawas dan bersikap fleksibel dalam menerima pembinaan. Kegiatan Monev ini diharapkan membawa keberkahan serta menjadi pendorong peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan di MAN 5 Bogor. Madrasah berkomitmen untuk terus berinovasi, memperbaiki diri, dan memperkuat sinergi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan demi mewujudkan madrasah unggulan dan berdaya saing. (Red.Humas)
