Parung Panjang, 14 Agustus 2025 — MAN 5 Bogor turut memeriahkan peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-80 dengan berpartisipasi dalam Lomba Gerak Jalan tingkat SLTA dan umum se-Kecamatan Parung Panjang.
Dalam kegiatan yang digelar pada Kamis (14/8) ini, MAN 5 Bogor mengirimkan total enam regu. Dari unsur siswa, sebanyak empat regu diturunkan, terdiri dari dua regu putera dan dua regu puteri. Sementara dari unsur guru dan tenaga kependidikan, turut berpartisipasi dua regu, masing-masing satu regu putera dan satu regu puteri.

Para peserta menempuh jarak 4,8 km dengan titik start dan finish di Lapangan Perum 2 Parung Panjang. Sepanjang rute, regu gerak jalan MAN 5 Bogor tampil penuh semangat, kebersamaan, dan keceriaan. Yel-yel khas madrasah, JIMAT (Jadi Idola Umat), menggema lantang, menambah semarak suasana lomba.
Lomba gerak jalan ini dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB dan berakhir sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB. Kegiatan berlangsung meriah dan menjadi ajang mempererat silaturahmi antarinstansi serta menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme di kalangan peserta. (Humas)
