Parungpanjang, 10 September 2024 – MAN 5 Bogor berkomitmen untuk mendukung kesehatan dan kesejahteraan siswa melalui partisipasinya dalam program deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular yang diselenggarakan bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Parungpanjang. Program ini akan dilaksanakan pada 10, 11 dan 13 September 2024 dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta mendeteksi potensi risiko penyakit tidak menular pada siswa-siswi.
Menurut Ketua Program PTM, bu Widyasari, Program deteksi dini ini merupakan inisiatif penting dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit tidak menular, seperti diabetes, hipertensi, dan penyakit jantung. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemeriksaan kesehatan yang meliputi pengukuran tekanan darah, kadar gula darah, dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko sejak dini.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, melalui wakamad bidang humas dan kurikulum, menyampaikan apresiasinya terhadap pelaksanaan program ini. “Kami sangat mendukung program deteksi dini ini karena kesehatan siswa adalah prioritas utama kami. Dengan adanya program ini, kami berharap siswa dapat lebih memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan melakukan langkah-langkah preventif untuk mencegah penyakit tidak menular,” ujar beliau.
Baca Lainnya : Selain pemeriksaan kesehatan, kegiatan ini juga mencakup penyuluhan dan seminar tentang pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. Para siswa dan orang tua diberikan informasi tentang faktor risiko, gejala, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk menjaga kesehatan.
Kepala Puskesmas Parungpanjang, dr. Susi, menambahkan, “Kami sangat senang bisa bekerja sama dengan MAN 5 Bogor dalam program ini. Deteksi dini merupakan langkah awal yang sangat penting dalam pencegahan penyakit. Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat besar bagi siswa dan mendorong mereka untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat.”
Program deteksi dini ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan MAN 5 Bogor dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan mendukung perkembangan siswa secara holistik. Dengan kerja sama yang baik antara madrasah dan Puskesmas Parungpanjang, diharapkan siswa-siswa MAN 5 Bogor dapat terus menjaga kesehatan mereka dan menghindari risiko penyakit tidak menular.
