Parung Panjang, 10 November 2025 — MAN 5 Bogor menyelenggarakan kegiatan Tayangan Sidang Penetapan Nilai Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) pada Senin, 10 November 2025, bertempat di ruang meeting madrasah.
Kegiatan ini dipimpin oleh Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum pak Indra Parimarma dan diikuti oleh seluruh tim PKG–supervisi yang terdiri atas: H. Mahfud Siradjudin, Eka Herdiana, Syarif Hidayatullah, E. Yusi Suswanti, Jubaedah, dan Nurdiansyah.
Baca Lainnya : Sidang penetapan nilai ini merupakan rangkaian akhir dari proses PKG yang telah dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pra-observasi, observasi kelas, dan post-supervisi, sebagai instrumen evaluasi untuk menilai profesionalitas guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran.
Sebelum sidang dimulai, setiap penilai PKG telah diarahkan untuk mengunggah dokumen Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru (APK PKG) pada tautan yang disediakan panitia, untuk kemudian dipresentasikan dan ditayangkan oleh admin pada sesi pleno penetapan nilai.
Dalam pemaparannya, tim supervisi menyampaikan hasil analisis kinerja guru berdasarkan aspek pedagogik dan profesional, termasuk perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, serta evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik.
Berdasarkan hasil akhir sidang, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa guru-guru MAN 5 Bogor menunjukkan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional yang berada pada kategori Baik hingga Amat Baik. Pencapaian ini menjadi indikator bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MAN 5 Bogor telah berjalan sesuai standar mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan.
Kegiatan PKG ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga pendidik, sehingga kualitas pembelajaran di MAN 5 Bogor semakin meningkat dan mampu menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era modern. (Humas)
