Keterangan Gambar : Peserta Didik MAN 5 Bogor Ceria Mengikuti Kegiatan Kokurikuler Rahaja dengan Sarapan Bersama Usai Duha di Lapangan Madrasah
Parung Panjang – Rabu (27/08/2025), MAN 5 Bogor kembali menggelar kegiatan kokurikuler Rahaja (Rabu Sehat Jasmani) di lapangan madrasah. Setelah pelaksanaan shalat duha bersama, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan sarapan sehat bersama yang dipimpin oleh Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Bapak Indra Parimarma, bersama Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan dan pembina OSIS.
Dalam kegiatan ini, seluruh siswa membawa bekal sarapan dari rumah masing-masing. Selain untuk memastikan siswa mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman sehat, kebiasaan ini juga dimaksudkan untuk melatih siswa terbiasa sarapan sebelum beraktivitas serta sebagai upaya mengurangi penggunaan sampah plastik sekali pakai.

Program Rahaja dengan konsep sarapan sehat bersama ini sudah berlangsung selama satu bulan terakhir dan mendapat antusiasme tinggi dari seluruh warga madrasah. Kegiatan sederhana namun bermakna ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan jasmani sekaligus peduli terhadap lingkungan. (Humas)
