Parung Panjang – Kamis (2/10/2025), MAN 5 Bogor menggelar kegiatan pemberian piagam penghargaan bagi siswa yang berhasil menjadi peserta Olimpiade Madrasah Indonesia (OMI) tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Acara berlangsung di lapangan madrasah pukul 07.00–07.30 WIB, setelah kegiatan tadarus bersama surah Al-Kahfi.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Moh. Syahlan, S.Pd.I., M.Ag., menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan motivasi kepada para peserta didik yang telah berprestasi dan mengharumkan nama madrasah. Beliau menegaskan bahwa pencapaian ini merupakan bukti dari kerja keras, ketekunan, serta dukungan guru pembimbing.

Acara dilanjutkan dengan doa bersama yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala MAN 5 Bogor.
Setelah itu, prosesi pemberian piagam penghargaan dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah didampingi para Wakil Kepala, yaitu Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Humas, serta para pembimbing.
Adapun siswa yang menerima penghargaan adalah:
1. Bagas Seno Aji (kelas XII A) – bidang studi Biologi, dibimbing oleh Ibu Enung Yusi Suswanti Kusumah, dan
2. Aulia Faqih (kelas XI E) – bidang studi Geografi, dibimbing oleh Ibu Ressa Kartika.
Pemberian penghargaan ini menjadi bentuk apresiasi madrasah terhadap prestasi siswa serta motivasi bagi seluruh peserta didik MAN 5 Bogor untuk terus berkarya dan berkompetisi secara sehat di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. (Jubaedah/ Waka Humas)
