Bogor, 17 Januari 2025 – Ekstrakurikuler karate MAN 5 Bogor kembali menggelar latihan rutin pada Jumat sore di lapangan utama sekolah. Latihan yang dimulai pukul 16.15 hingga 17.00 WIB ini diikuti oleh 25 anggota, dengan pembina sekaligus pelatih, Erik Supriatna, memimpin jalannya kegiatan.
Materi latihan kali ini meliputi:
1. Pemanasan dan Peregangan:
Baca Lainnya : Peserta diajak melakukan pemanasan dinamis dan peregangan untuk melatih kelenturan tubuh serta mencegah cedera selama latihan.
2. Teknik Dasar (Kihon):
Peserta mempraktikkan pukulan dasar (tsuki), tendangan (geri), dan tangkisan (uke) secara berulang untuk memperkuat otot dan melatih kecepatan gerakan.
3. Latihan Formasi (Kata):
Anggota diajarkan gerakan pola dasar yang menggabungkan teknik bertahan dan menyerang dalam formasi tertentu.
4. Latihan Pasangan (Kumite):
Simulasi pertarungan ringan antaranggota untuk melatih kecepatan, ketepatan, dan kemampuan membaca gerakan lawan.
Selama latihan, Erik Supriatna memberikan arahan dan koreksi kepada setiap anggota untuk meningkatkan akurasi teknik mereka. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya disiplin dan semangat dalam berlatih.
“Karate bukan hanya tentang kekuatan fisik, tetapi juga melatih mental dan membentuk karakter. Disiplin adalah kunci utama untuk menjadi karateka yang baik,” kata Erik di sela-sela latihan.
Salah satu peserta, Najmi, mengungkapkan rasa antusiasnya, “Latihan ini sangat bermanfaat untuk melatih kekuatan dan ketahanan tubuh. Saya juga belajar bagaimana menghormati pelatih dan teman latihan.”
Latihan rutin ini tidak hanya bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan bela diri, tetapi juga mengajarkan nilai-nilai etika, disiplin, dan kerja sama. Ekstrakurikuler karate MAN 5 Bogor terus berkomitmen mencetak karateka muda yang unggul dan berprestasi. [Humas]
