Rumpin, Sabtu, 18 Oktober 2025- Dalam rangka memperluas wawasan dan pengalaman di bidang penelitian serta teknologi pertanian modern, Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) MAN 5 Bogor melaksanakan kegiatan studi visit ke HOB Farming, sebuah kawasan pertanian terpadu yang berlokasi di Jl. Komp. Perum Lapan, Sukamulya, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.
HOB (House of Bread) Farming dikenal sebagai kawasan eduwisata yang mengusung konsep pertanian modern dengan sistem hidroponik di dalam greenhouse. Tempat ini tidak hanya menjadi sarana produksi sayuran organik tanpa pestisida, tetapi juga berfokus pada penerapan teknologi pertanian 4.0. Dalam kunjungan tersebut, para peserta diajak mengenal berbagai kegiatan menarik seperti pengenalan teknik menanam sayuran organik, proses water treatment, peternakan, budidaya ikan, hingga berinteraksi langsung dengan hewan yang ada di area wisata edukatif tersebut.

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 33 peserta KIR MAN 5 Bogor, yaitu:

Jujun Jundana, Cahyo Anggoro Adinata, Nanda Sarani, Sabilah Zulfa Mustaqimah, Hanifa Rasyida Darmawan, Kaila Andira Aswadiyah, Melda Oktaviani, Eva Sriyani, M. Wahyu Nur Alim, Azzahra, Komalasari, Ahmad Renal, Milan Darmawan, Reyssa, Anisa Nurul Jannah, M. Revan Nur Kholis, Raisya Yulia Rahmah, Ahmad Dzaky Adila, Syiila Aqela Nurkeisya, Fedya Indana Nur Aprillia, M. Evan Adika, Nabil Fathan Arhab, Aditya Mahdi, Sholihah Salsabila, Ahdan Agistan, Rido, Tegar, Ariqah Anggun, Azzahra, Natena Jagat Raya, dan Putri Amelia.
Kegiatan studi visit ini dibimbing oleh pembina KIR, Ibu Nevi Damayanti, S.Pd, yang turut mendampingi para peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung. Para siswa tampak antusias mengikuti setiap sesi pembelajaran dan praktik lapangan yang diberikan oleh tim edukator HOB Farming. Melalui kegiatan ini, mereka memperoleh wawasan baru tentang pentingnya inovasi dalam dunia pertanian modern serta menumbuhkan semangat untuk mengembangkan riset dan proyek ilmiah yang relevan dengan isu-isu ketahanan pangan dan lingkungan berkelanjutan.
Studi visit ke HOB Farming ini menjadi salah satu agenda penting dalam program kerja KIR MAN 5 Bogor tahun 2025, sebagai bentuk implementasi pembelajaran berbasis riset dan observasi langsung di lapangan yang mendukung penguatan karakter ilmiah dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.
