Parungpanjang, 16 April 2024 - Mengawali hari pertama masuk madrasah pasca cuti idulfitri 1445 H, seluruh jajaran pimpinan MAN 5 Bogor yang terdiri dari kepala madrasah, kepala Tata Usaha dan Para Wakil Kepala madrasah menggelar acara halal bihalal bersama segenap dewan guru dan tenaga kependidikan di musholla madrasah dengan penuh khidmat.
Dalam kesempatan ini ada beberapa agenda yang dilaksanakan, di antaranya sambutan dari perwakilan dewan guru oleh abah Iwan Tiswan, beliau adalah guru mulok basa Sunda dan sekaligus guru ekonomi. Dalam sambutannya, abah, sapaan akrab pak Iwan Tiswan menyampaikan permohonan maaf lahir batin atas nama pribadi kepada seluruh hadirin yang hadir pada acara pagi itu.
Sementara itu di kesempatan berikutnya kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati menyampaikan bahwa, "Idul Fitri adalah waktu untuk memperbaiki, memaafkan dan merenung. Mari jadikan momentum hari kemenangan ini untuk menjadi insan yang semakin baik dalam ketaatan, jangan sampai semua ibadah yang telah kita lakukan selama bulan Ramadhan musnah begitu saja seiring berakhirnya Ramdhan. Karena hakikatnya tujuan dari berpuasa Ramadhan adalah membentuk jiwa yang bertaqwa”, pungkasnya. Kepala madrasah juga memberikan hadiah uang kepada pemenang kuis Halah Bihalal hari ini.
