Parungpanjang, 15 Agustus 2023 – Suasana kegembiraan dan haru menyelimuti lingkungan MAN 5 Bogor pada hari ini. Tiga orang guru di sekolah menengah ini merayakan pencapaian bersejarah dengan diterimanya Surat Keputusan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (SK PPPK) oleh para guru.
Acara pengumuman dan penyerahan SK PPPK ini diadakan dalam rangkaian peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Ketiga orang guru ini merupakan alumni MAN 5 Bogor, yaitu, Tita Supriatin guru mata pelajaran SKI, Erik Supriatna guru mata pelajaran PJOK, dan Sutinah guru mata pelajaran kimia. Tita Supriatin ditugaskan di MAN 4 Bogor, Erik Supriatna ditugaskan di MTsN Cariu, dan Sutinah ditugaskan di MAN 5 Bogor.

Sebagai upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pendidik, SK PPPK telah diumumkan dan diberikan kepada sejumlah guru di seluruh Indonesia. Hal ini juga merupakan langkah penting dalam memperkuat sistem pendidikan nasional serta memberikan pengakuan yang layak kepada para guru sebagai pilar utama dalam pembentukan karakter generasi muda. Dalam acara yang digelar di aula MAN 1 Bogor, Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bogor, Bapak Syukri Ahmad Fanani, secara simbolis menyerahkan SK PPPK kepada beberapa guru yang telah memenuhi syarat. Turut hadir dan mendampingi penerimaan SK PPPK hari ini, kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati. Ia menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan doa untuk ketiga orang guru terbaiknya. "Selamat bapak ibu, semoga semakin berkah dan sukses", ucapnya sambil bersalaman.
Bapak Syukri Ahmad Fanani dalam pidatonya menyampaikan apresiasi yang tinggi kepada para guru yang telah berkontribusi dalam proses pembelajaran di madrasah yang berada di lingkungan kankemenag kabupaten Bogor. Ia juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendidikan berkualitas untuk membentuk generasi muda yang cerdas, berintegritas, dan mampu bersaing di tingkat global.
Salah satu guru yang menerima SK PPPK, Tita Supriatin, menyatakan rasa terima kasihnya atas pengakuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. "Kami sangat bersyukur dan senang atas penerimaan SK PPPK ini. Ini adalah bukti bahwa perjuangan kami sebagai pendidik dihargai dan diakui. Kami akan terus berkomitmen untuk memberikan pendidikan terbaik bagi para siswa," ujar Tita dengan tulus.
Ucapan selamat dan doa pun memenuhi kolom chat di grup whatsapp MAN 5 Bogor atas kesuksesan ketiga orang rekannya. Mengutip salah satu komentar dari rekan guru, Moh. Syahlan, yang mengatakan " Banyak hal akan baik-baik saja jika dimulai dengan ‘menerima’. Menerima kedatangan dan kepergian. Menerima kelebihan dan kekurangan. Menerima tawa dan luka yang tercipta. Menerima dimana pun ditempatkan. Semua berawal dari menerima. Seringkali hal yang membuat kita tidak baik-baik saja adalah karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk menerima. Hidup emang begitu, tak semudah yang kita mau, tak semengerikan yang kita takutkan, jalani saja. Selamat buat Bu Tita, Bu Uti dan Pak Erik.
