Parung Panjang, 26 Juni 2025 – Prestasi membanggakan kembali ditorehkan oleh peserta didik MAN 5 Bogor dalam ajang Olimpiade Sains Nasional tingkat Kabupaten/Kota (OSN-K) yang diselenggarakan secara serentak pada tanggal 24–25 Juni 2025. Dari total 39 siswa yang berkompetisi di 8 cabang lomba, sebanyak 18 siswa berhasil melaju ke tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Keberhasilan ini menjadikan MAN 5 Bogor sebagai madrasah dengan jumlah peserta terbanyak yang lolos ke OSN Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun ini di antara seluruh MA/SMA/SMK se-Provinsi Jawa Barat.
